Where to start came here for the first time and was hoping to get a good experience since me and my friends were celebrating a birthday weekend get away we’re scheduled for the early bird special which after even coming here Megan told my friend a price that was not accurate and also did not send a confirmation email explaining the cancellation fee or the terms and condition first issue. Once we did arrive megan made it clear we were late and we would only have the remaining time to ride ATV which was fine but then the problem occurred when we ask how much we were quoted on the price then we get their its all these hidden fees 100 holding deposit each person you will get the funds back same day if you have cash and if using card 1 – 5 business days which was a inconvenience since we were only spending a day out there. Then we never knew you had to pay for goggles rental and If we would have received a email with all the details we would have known their was a cancellation fee five of us which meant 500 dollars would be charged no matter if we rode steve’s ATV or not. After Megan contacting steve asking what could they do to help basically was no help in trying to accommodate our needs or even clarification and did i mention I never received nothing in writing including none of these terms If I would have none i would have simple understood the policy and nothing in writing so instead we choose to go to the place across the street where it was cheaper no holding deposit and also great customer service in fixing our problem at Angellos where the price was cheaper and also goggles were included in price.

This is based upon my personal experience, and I have nothing good to say about this establishment. The staff is not cooperative at all, and have the tendency to blame the customer for wrongdoings as opposed to neutral fact finding. No wonder they have bad reviews on better business bureau and Unilocal.I would highly advise ATV customers to stay away from this place. FYI. Grover motor sports and Steves ATV is the same organization.

Poor customer service. They stop answering their phone 20 minutes until 6pm and the doors are locked by 5:59pm. If you are open until 6, stay open until 6.
