We used this place before to drop off a Penske truck and had a good experience, and again this time wanted to use them again to rent another truck for a local move. I’d checked prices and availability several weeks prior & they seemed reasonable; however, we waited a bit late to make a final decision and had to call this time to see if the wanted truck was available. When I made the call, an older-sounding woman crabbed in a nasty tone that even if a truck were available, it’d be $ 99.00 to rent for the day & that was their policy & there was nothing she could do about it. The $ 99 figure price quoted to me definitely did not match the online prices, unless the price changed when you try to get the truck on such short notice, I have no idea. I wasn’t about to ask for explanation because I refused to further engage this crab. She only needed to just answer my question politely and that would have been that. While I highly recommend Penske for rentals, I would not do it through place as these people don’t seem to like having to deal with the trucks. Incidentally, we did find a truck to rent – elsewhere.

I used this place as a drop-off for my Penske truck and had a terrible experience that was only saved by Penske’s customer service. I received a call from corporate with an apology and minor restitution. My wife was greeted by rude old lady at the front desk when asking for help removing the car tow so we could unload our stuff and return later. She mentioned«it’s not her problem» and to just drive my car off. Anyone who is familiar with the hardware would know that is just a ridiculous option. That aside, I had my husky cousin help tie down the car and my skinny wife and I couldn’t un-tie it alone. The only bright-side of this visit was the old man that came out to help, because the old lady has a terrible attitude. If it was just for her it would be 0 stars. This old guy came out really friendly, helped us out, was funny, friendly and even showed us his granddaughter. If they couldn’t help me with this task, I don’t know how much faith I would have in customer service for their storage.
