The owner is great but not the assistant. They advised me that my dog (samoyed) needed to be shaved completely due to matting. After the bad experience with the assistant, I made an appointment at Petco and took my dog in the same day. It turned out that my dog didn’t have any matting and didn’t need to be shaved at all. They have incompetent and inexperienced employees! Beware of this place!!!

Customer service is always great and they offer excellent grooming services for a fair price. Paw Perfect will usually take your pet for same day appointments.
