Good experience, good customer service, food was good .The lobby could be a little bit cleaner. That’s why I gave this place 4stars .We will be back for sure.

Place is not too bad, I was passing through the area and came across it. The cashier was nice and my food was made in a descent amount of time, I had the snow crab platter. The food just didn’t have that«southern seafood flavor» I’m use to. Being from Louisiana we love heavy spices, here it was only surface seasonings. Meaning the seafood was boiled and then seasonings added when it’s plated. The beef sasuage is not a good choice along side of seafood in my opinion. The shrimps were regular not the big juicy ones. The crabs were very meaty. Was a nice fix

We stopped by for some shrimp and received 12 pieces of rubber. The food is over priced and poorly cooked. Red Lobster is a better value. We were some of the first people in line and one of the last served. In all of my years in the restaurant business I have never heard of seasoning your food after it is cooked. The only time I see this place crowded is on all you can eat day. No one I know will go back to eat there.

We discovered Sack Daddy’s Seafood while driving to new restaurant on the same street. The parking lot was packed, usually a sign of a good place to check out. My husband works in Grovetown and we live in Augusta. Yesterday afternoon he dropped in for a lunch plate. He ordered the fried fish and shrimp. He said they were perfectly cooked and not the least bit greasy. He offered to stop in after work and pick me up something for supper. The rest of this review is for take out. I told him that I wanted to try the big order with the lobster and he could get what ever he wanted. FYI… we are big eaters… and the plate i ordered was actually a huge aluminum tray that would have easily fed both of us! It has lobster, blue crab, king crab, sausage, shrimp, corn, egg, corn and potato. It was seasoned well, cooked perfectly, tasted great. In my own experience i have found most blue crabs to taste off… but these were really delicious. My husband ordered the special which the same as mine without the lobster… and in a smaller portion. His was equally as good as mine! There was so much food that i had more than enough left to have a huge lunch the next day. My husband and I consider ourselves foodies… not in the snobby way that we wont eat in a place without tablecloths, but instead we care about how the food is cooked and how it tastes. We have eaten seafood all over the united states, from Maine, Louisiana, to Florida, including Savannah, Charleston, and New Orleans. We both agreed that we have not had any better prepared or flavored Seafood. My husband claims he could eat his weight in the tender buttery shrimp alone. Well done Sack Daddy’s. I am truly impressed. Thanks for getting it so right!

the sampler came with shrimp, blue crab, and king crab, half a piece of corn, and potatoes. It was seasoned well, cooked well, tasted well. blue crabs were small, drink was stacked to the top with ice so I probably only got 1⁄3 cup of drink, definitely not enough to accompany the meal.

I waited over an over, still didn’t get any food. I tried to place a call in order no one answered phone. Workers move slow as molasses they were out of everything. Place is small, has an awful smell. I watched people place orders after me come in and go back out with food. Will NEVER waste my time again.

We ate at Sack Daddy’s and were very pleased with the service and the food. Crab Legs and boiled shrimp were cooked and seasoned to perfection. Looking forward to eating there again soon. The only thing negative I found was that the tableclothes needed to be changed. They were clean but looked old and stained.

Although the staff was not friendly or professional, the food was excellent. We tried the wings and fried shrimp, both of which were very good. The Wing sauce was awesome. 4 stars because of the lack of professional or friendly service. No one was there when we walked in, yet the tables were pretty dirty also. Changes in employees would make this a great place for seafood and wings.

We went for the all-you-can eat crab leg buffet and was really pleased. The food was delicious, the crew was great, and the cost was reasonable. It’s a very small restaurant and you have to make reservations for the«buffet». I’m putting buffet in quotation marks because it’s not a buffet-style restaurant. You sit down and they bring the seafood platters to your table. The crew comes around frequently to refill drinks and bring more food. The snow crab legs were cooked perfectly and seasoned very well. Served with potatoes, corn, and a boiled egg, it was heaven in a foil baking pan. The atmosphere is super casual but not too noisy or crowded. It’s a great place if you love seafood without the fussiness and cost of a chain restaurant.

Very disappointed with this new establishment. The first experience was a good one. The service was good and the food was amazing, so much so that I couldn’t wait to return. I made a reservation for 8 p.m. and once I arrived 3 other customers were waiting in line. It took 10 minutes to get 3 orders, all you can eat ends at 8:45, and crabs were not ready. Bad business! I asked one of the workers if the time would be extended due the delays and she replied no. Absolutely no customer relations skills so of course we left, at least $ 50 walked out the door. This was a restaurant my family and I would have patronized at least once a week($ 2,600/ year) and could’ve recommended to lots of friends and family. It is going to be critical that management hire people who understands the most important aspects of the survival in the restaurant business i.e. good customer service, great food, and efficiency.

I am sure«Sack Daddy’s «has a few kinks to work out. I was there the opening week. It really bothers me when I am unable to order a menu item because they are out of the item. This was my first visit, I tried the garlic shrimp, sausage, potatoes and a boiled egg. The boiled egg along with the meal was new to me. The corn on the cob is great and your order comes with plenty of potatoes. The sausage is OK. The shrimp had good flavor but I think they were under cooked because they my shrimp was soft(not tender enough), and. The amount of food I received with my order met my expections. Service is swift and courteous. Sack Daddys offers all you can eat crab legs on Thursday and Friday for $ 20.99. I will visit Sack Daddys again in the near future and update my review
