Service performed was awesome. Due to a clerical error beyond my(the customer) control, there was confusion about a service contract. While trying to resolve the situation, the staff was rude and snide about the situation — blaming the customer for the wrong form being filled out. Staff used the word«obviously» too much. My family will choose another location(same company) for service should we require more treatments. We are bug free at this time but desire to only be charged for services rendered.
