My Forsythias are blooming a brilliant yellow, my Magnolia is in bud and bloom of beautiful shades of purple, pink and white. My Azaleas are in bud and soon they will be bursting in a spray of different colors. All of these, I bought at local nurseries. My husband built me a beautiful arbor, for my Wisteria. I am still waiting for that to bloom! I’ve looked it up and you can actually purchase a nonperforming one and I have a wild feeling, that is what I did!
My son once said to me, «Mom, you’re not going to have any yard left!» and to that I said «and your point is»?
I have a total of eight large flower beds! Hey I love my flowers! I am not into gardening, as I once was, but in the Spring, I love stepping outside and admiring all the beautiful crocus, daffodils, tulips, lilies and hyacinths. The beautiful variety of colors are everywhere and my beds are full.
