This is a challenging business where everyone has a different kind of need but Royal printing has served my business for years. They are knowledgeable and practical about how to complete a project. There are not many places around that will over this range of services. We are grateful to have them on the shoreline.

I wasn’t very impressed with Royal printing at all and wouldn’t recommend it. Though the people were relatively friendly, they weren’t knowledgable nor helpful. The task that I requested was extremely simple and yet I was sent in circles uncertain if it could be completed by the staff there. With all the online competition, I would be surprised if a place like this stays in business much longer. If you are looking for a quality printing service with talented professionals … don’t waste your time here (go to Two Emms in Madison)

Mistake overlooked by designers.
Customers like me are paying for Perfection on hundreds of dollars worth of advertisements.
Terrible customer service ensued, leading to staff arguing with me the entire conversation, claiming it was MY fault for the mistake in the first-​place, not even offering me a credit for future orders…
Only an idiot would sever a profitable business relationship.
Better off going to STAPLES where their Customer Service blows this company out of the water!
