This Restaurant is Amazing*!! Family owned & operated. They are extremely involved in the local community from supporting and showing small business in the #Gulf Breeze Chamber how we work together to create philanthropy at its best. The Crab cakes are or sho uld be awarded a bllue ribbon for the best in the region. Food is awesome & priced right! Beautiful view of the water priceless! Love this place and have been treated like family from everyone!

I drive by this place everyday. I decided to try it today based on the Tripadvisor reviews. So we had to walk through the smelly worn down lobby of the Quality Inn. What a horrible first impression to have entering the restaurant. The place is empty which made me nervous. We are greeted by Mia and after speaking with her we had renewed hope. We ordered the $ 3.00 Bloody Mary’s which were yummy! I had the Bienville Benedict and my friend had the Chicken Biscuit. Needless to say we cleaned our plates. A nice hidden secret. I do think they would do better in a stand alone location and get away from that retched motel. So many people would just keep driving by without notice or walk out as soon as they entered the hotel. I will be back as soon as I can.

This is a must-visit restaurant. Hidden in the lobby of a Quality Inn, it is an elegant experience in fine cuisine. I dropped in for breakfast out of sheer convenience and was pleasantly surprised by friendly staff, beautiful views and excellent Crab-cake Benedict. Later that same day I returned at dinner time for drinks and an appetizer. Again, warm, friendly staff, attentive professional service and outstanding Crispy Calamari with a red-pepper aioli. I returned for breakfast the next morning. Seriously, eat at this restaurant. It is simply outstanding.

We hosted a baby shower at La Brisa and it was perfect. We selected a limited menu but still offered 7 – 8 dishes that were timed perfectly for our party of over 30. The owners were very accommodating and professional. The food and service were impeccable. My husband and I have been several times for brunch. They offer a locals card for discounts, even though the prices are already very reasonable. I would recommend this restaurant for events as well as casual dining. The view is amazing!

After reading the many reviews on Trip Advisor, we went to La Brisa one evening not knowing what to expect since it is attached to the Days Inn. It is a very casual restaurant with a large screened in patio and an even larger open patio. The food was good, nothing special, but good. I had the Crab Cakes and my wife had the Seafood Court Bouillon. Both were good. What is really special, are the sunsets. Very, very special. Walk through the Days Inn to find La Brisa, enjoy a relaxing evening and a spectacular sunset.

Great food… great atmosphere… great service! Hit the trifecta! May I add that their prices are great too. Been here twice now. Strawberry salad, crab cakes Benedict, fried green tomatoes with crawfish étouffée, biscuits and gravy, and molten chocolate cake. All good! I especially liked the fried green tomatoes appetizer. They have a wonderful outdoor patio and sunroom… dog friendly outside too. They also offer bottomless mimosas for $ 4!

This place is pretty awesome! The food was FANTASTIC. I had the Crabcake Eggs Benedict, and it was so so good. I ordered it on a croissant instead of an English Muffin, which I highly recommend, because they use«croissant buns» which are fully capable of holding the Poached Eggs, Crab, and Hollandaise Sauce. Add a side of cheddar cheese grits and you’re in business. The service was really great, and there was only one server. The restaurant isn’t busy, probably because no one knows about it. It’s a hotel restaurant. The hotel looks a little trashy, but it’s on the water, there’s a beautiful little private beach, there’s really just a lot more than meets the eye, so people aren’t driving by thinking, «hey I should try that place!» It’s going to be hotel guests and professional Unilocalers that find this place. The best thing though, is the price. $ 11 for 2 crab cakes alone is a pretty good deal, but the crab cakes were just a part of the meal. And it’s the most expensive thing I could ordered. Love this place. Will return!

Don’t let the outside looks of a hotel restaurant deceive you, this place is great! It is so much better than places that have occupied this little area before and deserves to be recognized as one of the only good restaurants in Gulf Breeze. I’ve had great food from here and I haven’t been disappointed. As far as GB goes, this is probably 5 stars.

Top notch local flavor in food, beverage and service. The sunset seals the deal on my rating.

Loved the atmosphere and homey feel! We were a little alarmed by its location at first but after we found our way in we loved it. Family loved the burgers and I thought the crab cakes were pretty good. Super great staff.

I never expected such a unique spot with absolutely delicious food and an amazing view on the water! Don’t be reluctant just by location or appearance. This place was much better than most of the other«popular/recommended» waterfront properties. The service, food and quality was all around a fantastic surprise. If décor was given a little décor update — this place would give competitors a true run for the $

The atmosphere was decent and sitting on the porch was nice. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer and it was ok. I liked it, but my partner did not. «Too much«breading» he says. For an entrée, we split the three cheese bacon burger with sweet potato fries and we both agree that it was GREAT! For dessert we had the red velvet cake and I would not recommend it. There were nuts in it, which I have never experienced before. Overall it gets 3 stars because the burger was good, the view was nice, and the service was decent, but we probably wouldn’t come back.

Great restaurant and was a little questionable from the outside but inside it was great! The view from the patio was amazing. Eating dinner with the sun setting was perfect! I had the shrimp and grits it was great… Bacon was not fresh but was still great. The fried green tomatoes were great and the fried shrimp was ok maybe a little over breaded.

The hamburger was fantastic. The bacon Brie & spinach dip was dynamite. The selection of locally brewed beer was impressive. We didn’t get dessert because we were full but next time I’ll hit their dessert selection up. I can’t wait!

Went here for brunch on a Sunday morning and it was absolutely phenomenal. Great atmosphere, exquisite view of the bay, live music, and the food was delicious. Prices were very reasonable too. We both had an Eggs Benedict plate as well as two Mimosas each, and the meal only cost $ 33!!! Will definitely be here again

I’ll start by saying the food was good, not great but pretty good. I had a special made with the catch of the day; snapper. My wife had a grilled shrimp dish. Both were a fair price for the food provided and tasted like they were made fresh. The snapper was a little overcooked, but otherwise tasty. The confusion was the décor vs the type of food and location. We loved sitting out on the patio on the water. The view was great with a nice warm breeze. The furniture was Walmarty. There was rope lighting with burned out bulbs. The fence along the dining area was broken in a number spots. The main dining area was nicely laid out tables in a room that looked like it had been a low-rent buffet place prior. The menus were nice with choices that appeared to be chef-crafted plates. The table cloths inside where material. No table cloths outside. The signage on the the outside didn’t indicate where the main entrance was, and we walked into an arched way that had a café sign, and turned out we walked in the back and had to go through the dining area to get to the hostess. Three other couples did the same thing while we ate so apparently we weren’t the only ones confused. The main entrance was far from inviting and didn’t give any indication that this was trying to be a nice restaraunt. I guess the main point I am trying to make is that the décor has tremendous potential and there appears to be some disparity between the message the food and menu sends and the décor that is presented while you eat. That being said, it is worthwhile to give this place a try.

Amazing grits! Definitely try the omelettes! I have made it for breakfast twice and enjoyed it immensely both times. The water view is a definite bonus.

This place might actually be made of magic. We wandered in after checking into the Quality Inn. Small live band singing Fly Me To the Moon, breezy candle lit porch seating, a honey margarita that I will be going back for tonight, friendly service… The list goes on and on. We tried the Bacon topped Brie spinach and artichoke dip, which was to die for. The boyfriend had the catfish with the 3 sauces(a corn sauce, a crawfish sauce, and the low country boil risotto) and nearly licked his plate. The pasta with shrimp was so good too! Bananas Foster pie is definitely worth your time! Such a pleasant surprise!

Wow! Traveling through and stayed the night. Unilocal reviews helped us decide to eat here. Amazing food, great service, amazing views. Highly recommend.
