We decided to do a pizza night, so stopped by and ordered. Place was very clean. Employees were nice and helpful and got the order out quickly. Never had their pizza before but wasn’t to bad.

If you live on Pcola Beach, then get ready to wait an hour and a half to get your pizza. Also be prepared to find your pizza burnt (!!) & luke warm-cold. All happened to us the last three times we ordered, so we have officially given up on this Papa Johns. We’re back to Dominos. Too bad, we really like PJ.

I RARELY leave reviews that are negative. This is the most disgusting papa johns I have ever tasted! The customer service was also not good as I ordered online, had a coupon for free breadsticks if I spent over $ 15. I spent $ 23. I decided to call and let them know about the coupon. The Worker told me that in order to do the coupon, I had to cancel my credit card order and do it all over again. Really? Lol I have had papa johns in California so many times but the Taste of this pizza made me not want to ever eat it again. You might as well order a cardboard box with cheese. The sauce= tasteless and even the cheese tasted weird. Never again.

I have never had a problem with this Papa Johns (knock on wood). They have always showed up on time and the one time they were not going to make it on time THEY CALLED!!! I though that was great customer service.
