Had work done on my laptop. The next day I had a problem with it so took it back. The guy was rude and wanted to charge me again. I won’t pay for rude. I went somewhere else and won’t be back.

Buyer beware! Service stinks at what the tech. They don’t answer & they never call back. I was happy at first when I got a loaner laptop, but it turned out to be a p.o.s. it won’t even boot anymore. This place I’ll just cause you stress & heartache.

POOR all around. (Sept-​Nov 2013) MacBook motherboard replacement ordered per insurance coverage for a water spill. Insurance co covers & insists on all new parts. The guys at what the tech ordered a refurb, refused a new replacement, never answer the phone… Just a hassle all around to deal with. I really like to try to do business with the little guy, but this place has no integrity. As much as it burns me, I’ll be taking my service orders to bestbuy.

Really nice people! I went to them needing an iphone repair, which they apparently don’t do anymore, but both people I talked to were really helpful and talked me through other options I have. I will definitely go back next time I need tech help!
