My oh my it’s been nothing but issues with them. The Internet is constantly going out or just plain not working. I had a tech come fix the internets inability to stream anything… And he was beyond rude and left without fixing anything. They all claim it’s working fine… Well if it was «working fine» I wouldn’t be complaining and I’d be able to actually use it. The prices are high too for service that isn’t at all reliable or useful. I’ve only talked to one nice person when dealing with this terrible internet provider and she’s the one who signed me up in the beginning at the local office. It’s truly sad when you have an issue with a service you pay for and the service provider refuses to acknowledge the issue let alone do anything about it.
