Clean, tons of cool stuff you can’t find at other stores. Just walked around and wanted all kinds of stuff I don’t necessarily need but would be fun to have. The last time I was in this store was in California and I purchased the most amazing ‘t-shirt’ sheets. They are expensive but lasted for years before they started getting old. I will probably be back to get the chair shiatsu that’s $ 199. With the 20% coupon that is a deal because I looked it up at other stores and you will pay $ 199. Anyway the store is very packed so it’s hard to get your basket through the aisles if anyone else happens to be there so you have to back up and go around. Probably a marketing strategy lol. Overall very cool store. Wish they had one closer to my house.

BB&B is always a nice place to visit, and has a very good selection of items. Today, I returned an item today, that I bought a week or so ago. I didn’t have my receipt, so the clerk asked if I had the credit card I used to make the original purchase. I gave her the card, she swiped it, then scanned the barcode on the item. Viola… their POS system knew exactly where and when I bought the item. It even knew that I used a 20% off coupon, and then automatically provided a credit onto my credit card. I’ve never seen an easier, quicker return at a store. However, it does make me wonder if their POS system is storing my credit card information. To handle the return in this manner, I would think it would HAVE to be storing my credit card info. In today’s society, that’s never a good thing, no matter how secure they claim their system is. Just a few years ago, TJ Maxx had their system hacked and millions of credit card numbers and such were stolen. Millions of people had to get their cards replaced, and TJ Maxx was fined heavily. I asked the clerk if they were storing the information, and of course she responded that their system is «incredibly secure». Hmmm… very large businesses, including big-box retailers are hacked all the time. If they’re storing credit card info, I’m not too excited about that. Otherwise, BB&B is definitely worth checking out.
