A few months back, I broke the screen on my phone. I emailed them(didn’t go into their store, since I broke it after hours) to ask about getting it fixed. A few days later, I get an unprofessional reply, short question back from them. I answer their question and that was the end of that. Not a «no, we can’t fix that» or «Hecks yeah, bring that sucker on in and we will have ‘er running good as new fer ya!». I take no reply as a big F-YOU. Way to go, CS, since I am sure times are tough all around, you lost out on a possible job.
