I don’t normally eat fast food but when I do…
I was disappointed. My order was wrong and the food was cold. Even my half-​and-​half was just tea. How do you mess that up?

I don’t normally score these types of places this high but I have to because they just might have the best management on the coast. The food is good as expected. The building is clean. My kids eat here religiously.

Extremely fast service even while the drive-​through line was wrapped around the building. Food was too hot to eat at first which means it was completely fresh and barely sat down before having my food delivered to my table. As usual, Chick-​fil-​A wins again

I normally wouldn’t write a review for a fast food restaurant, but I have to commend this Chick-​fil-​A for their outstanding and efficient service. This is EASILY the busiest fast food restaurant in our town at ALL times. At lunch, the drive thru line is always wrapped around the building… HOWEVER, it moves incredibly fast. They have multiple employees taking orders simultaneously outside during their busy lunch hours. (And even though they are in South MS in July wearing pants, these people always have a smile!!)
Today, we pulled up to the drive thru and the line was even with the play place. We were quickly greeted by a friendly employee with iPad in hand to take our order (and a menu for those who need it). She accepted our payment right there bc we were paying with a card, and we pulled around quickly and received our food. The whole experience took MAYBE 3 minutes. Amazing. Thank you Chick-​fil-​A Gulfport for constantly improving our experience. My husband and I always joke that you guys could open another right across the highway from this location and I’m sure they would both thrive!

Any entrepreneur or business owner in the restaurant industry should visit this particular chick file. They are flawless with their fast, friendly and efficient service. They can handle a lunch crowd better than any fast food business in existence. Recently they began placing staff outside to take orders in the drive through using iPads and laminated menus to move the line even faster… Brilliant strategy!

We LOVE Chick-​Fil-​A and I consider this to be the best location on the coast! Friendly service is unheard of in fast food but these great people have it! The employees always seem happy and the food is always hot, fresh and best of all CORRECT! There is always a long line but it moves quickly!
