I semi want to rate this place 5 stars, but can’t. Not due to any poor service or anything like that, it’s just hard to rate them against a lot of competition so I don’t know if there was a better company out there. I do know there is definitely(at least one) worst. I’ve reviewed them elsewhere. Anyway, after having no luck on Monday when I was schedule with another company, I called Tuesday(this) morning to try my luck again. I had received a positive review via word of mouth on Coast A/C and thought I’d give them a try. When I called, he said he wasn’t in the office yet but would take down my information. He had another Gulfport call and would swing right by after that. It would definitely be the morning, before noon. So I gave him my residence info and contact data, confirmed the service call charge, and went about my day. I called him as I was taking lunch, mere moments before he was calling me. He stated he had just finished the job and was phone in hand(I believe him since it only rang once) to call me. Was on the way to my house. Everything was quick and painless. Took a look at the unit, checked the pipes/wires/etc, found the problem and got it fixed within 20 — 30 minutes with a service guarantee on it. A/C is working just fine now with no issues at all. Since I bought a pre-owned home, I was considering duct/AC Unit changes, new thermostat, etc. Nice to find a guy that is quick, reliable, and not overly expensive for good/guaranteed work. Will definitely be calling him for my upgrades!

If it was possible to rate less than one star I would! My elderly father-in-law contacted this company when he had some trouble with his AC recently. My husband and I came over to visit and were able to correct the problem on our own. I told Dad to contact the company and cancel the trouble call. The attendant(who I believe to be the owner) CUSSED out my Dad!!! When I called the company to discuss the matter he CUSSED at me and doubled down on his ugliness! CUSSING(saying«Thanks A$$ 40le» and«do whatever the „f — “ you want») at ANY customer is unacceptable. But towards an elderly customer is even more despicable! Don’t get me wrong. I have complete understanding of the position he was in. He did go out of his way to come to Dads call, only to be waved off, but the near temper tantrum was simply unprofessional!
