Compass Imaging

I will begin with a review of the staff and facility. AWESOME people and Kathie is an absoulute sweetheart. She runs the front desk and couldn’t be nicer. Tim did my MRI and he is funny and super cool. This is where I had a dilemma– My 4:45 appt turned into their 6:10 appt. Why? Because they had a difficult scan (pt that took way longer then expected) earlier in the day that set everybody back– and we are talking a long wait. The girl ‘ahead’ of me was there even a longer time then me. My scan went well and I sure didn’t die from having to wait but after driving up Hwy 49 I was not interested in a reschedule. So my question-​with a $ 5000 test, why can’t there be maybe two machines and a back-​up tech in case this happens? You know this has to be a regular thing because I was very still and they had to redo a few of my sections. Can’t imagine someone with anxiety or an elderly/​child etc… Anyway, the staff made up for it. I just was unfortunate enough to be there when they were running very behind.
