Hidden Acres Mobile Home Park

A new manager was hired last year and has made significant changes to the park… all positive. I am very pleased with the direction the park is going!

This place is going downhill FAST! Can’t wait until our lease is up because we are definitely not renewing. Maintenance is a joke. And through no fault of the actual maintenance workers but the management. Takes DAYS to get simple crap done! And don’t let your water heater go out on a weekend cuz you’re goin to bathe in freezing water until Monday. But it’ll be at least Wed or Thurs before anything gets done. They had a decent manager and he kept control of who comes in and out. Riding around viewing the property and checking on residents. Questioning unfamiliar cars. Now that he’s gone we have traffic that doesn’t belong. I’ve passed by vehicles parked on side the road with the occupants getting high in plain view! One was just yesterday. And I have NEVER seen this new manager leave from behind the desk. Guess they’re wanting to turn this place into a typical dope infested trashy trailer park. And we won’t stick around to see it happen. CAN’T WAIT UNTIL SEPTEMBER 1ST!!!
