Super friendly staff of knowledgeable and trustworthy folks. They will tell you exactly the way it is even if it doesn’t make them a dollar. They have the best juice bar selection on the coast bar none. They carry all premium designer eliquids that are a bit more expensive than typical $ 7 mix it in the back vape shops. But the flavors and the selection are unlike any you’ll find in one of those other shops that mix your liquid for you… Not to mention all the bottles are sealed and I don’t have to worry about someone who just took a crap mixing up my juice with his hands he didn’t wash. More sanitary, and much higher standards which are reflected in the juices. Any way, this place is awesome. They’ve got me so that I don’t go anywhere else for my vaping supplies!

Very good selection of premium juice, probably the best on the coast prices on mods are high very high at least a few months back and the prices were not listed on the case either.
Five star on juice and service but 3 star on price of equipment plus you have to ask the prices at least the last time I went there.

Very knowledgeable staff and owner. Great customer service. Lots of patience for customers new to vaping. Chris did an excellent job of walking me through the selection process of my first setup and explaining how everything works together. He was more concerned about me enjoying my purchase than selling me the most expensive gear.
I was also pleasantly surprised when we brought in my husband’s broken mod for evaluation. (Can’t remember his name to save my life rigjt now. Sorry!) We mentioned something wonky about mine, and the owner replaced it for the difference of what I paid on the original. I wound up with store credit that we applied to my husband’s new mod. He was just as focused on my satisfaction rather than selling me the most expensive gear.
Their juices are all commercially made. Although you can’t have them make special blends, you do get a flavor consistency from bottle to bottle. This also provides a degree of safety to the customers. It should also be noted that they have a full «juice bar». Every flavor sold is available to sample with zero nicotine. They also provide mouth pieces for sanitation.
Some shops may provide illicit substances in their mixes. This is especially important for military customers due to regular drug testing. My husband and I had been a tad worried about the potential for accidentally putting some in his juice. The sealed bottles here helped provide some reassurance in that department. I was in the shop when another customer told us about having an unexpected trip because of that very scenario.
