Pizza Hut

I ordered wings and there was no sauce on the wings (picture was posted to this site). I ordered extra sauce on the pizza and there was hardly any on it. I ordered marinara sauce on the side and it was not brought. I called the store about my order and was told it would be sent right away. Two calls and 50 minutes later I got my sauce. I only live a half mile from the store.

Best Pizza Hut in Gulfport. We recently moved close to this one and order all of the time. My husband is obsessed. Always hot and tastes good — great customer service.

What a
family and I have been seeing the «buffet» Tuesday commercials and were eager to go and check it out, since we go to other pizza buffet ts. Walked in the door to a waitress that was so flustered that she was laughing hysterically and were told to just grab a table. Fine, but why is there a sign that says wait to be seated? There were, including us, four tables in the entire restaurant with patrons. We counted 7 pizza hut employees. The waitress was still freaking out. My girl didn’t want the buffet so (I walked to the counter and ordered a pizza because after dropping off drinks the waitress never returned to our table, not for the remainder of our visit). I won’t even bother talking about the buffett because sadly with only one kind of pizza that I actually ate, it was the best part of the experience. Well we watched the pizza sit on the counter, at the very end if the counter, where ever customer that walked in to seat themselves basically started at my pizza and stood over it as it for to room temperature just sitting there. After watching the pizza for several minutes. I finally went to grab it myself. At this time the waitress that I never saw started apologizing profusely, while I asked for a fresh pizza with less bacteria. She them began to cry. This was it. I really think whoever is in charge of this restaurant needs to work a Tuesday night dinner shift so they can be aware at how unprepared the staff is. I will never go this restaurant again. Probably gonna be a while before I order from any pizza hut.
