Not much to look at on the outside, but much to see on the inside as far as food goes. Huge selections of food and great service. There was a nice selection of sushi and other dishes that I am surprised to see such as octopus. The water even tasted good and that was impressive because most restaurants have horrible tasting water. The waiter came by to check on us often. I just wish that I wasn’t on a diet and could have eaten more… but what I did have was great. The food was fresh and served with a smile. Since my boyfriend and I went early we both ate for $ 19.01. Great price if you ask me.

I have gone here for dinner and lunch. The fri/sat buffet is really good with the crab legs and the hibachi grill that’s always available is delicious. You can pick what fresh ingredients you want and are then made right in front of you. The sushi is fresh tasting and not fishy and the food is hot and fresh tasting. If you’re looking for a buffet this is the place, it may look not as classy as panda palace but in my opinion taste wise it’s far superior.

Got to buffet at 1130am, food was look warm. When we told the manager, no apology or offer to make it right. If you like unappetizing cold food, this may be your place. We will not be back.

This Chinese restaurant has improved very slightly since last visit last year. This is still a decent Chinese buffet restaurant just minutes north of downtown and the Interstate. Now, why four stars? Because this is generally a better Chinese buffet restaurant on the coast. The service was good. She was always there to take away the empty plates once we’re done with what we ate on the plate. Even if my mom doesn’t like the food and leaves the food on the plate, she’s always there and politely takes away the plate. That’s very nice of her. The food was very good, as it was kept hot and fresh. They even got the hibachi grill to cook whatever you want to perfection. However, the sushi at that restaurant might not be the best, and it’s likely mild and ordinary. The last time my mom and I went, the whole experience was okay. But this time, it very slightly improved. The only adjustments needed are more creativity and taste on the sushi rolls.

So far it’s in the top 3 of restaurants we’ve tried since we moved here a few months ago. Don’t get excited though because the 4 stars is in comparison to other local restaurants in this area! If this place was in new orleans I’d only be giving it MAYBE3 stars… because the service is good. The food was pretty good the first time we went. Hot, fresh and the hibachi grill was the best. Hong King beef was really good and tender. The last time we went… baaaaaad. Food looked and tasted like it’d been there since dinner Thursday(we went for lunch on Sunday) even the hibachi was just mediocre. Haven’t been back and probably won’t. Are there ANY decent restaurants in the Gulfport/Biloxi area??? Geez this is depressing!

Back to back C ratings from the health dept. YAY! That means they are super clean, right? More like they are dirty as hell and about to be shut down if they don’t change their evil ways, baby.

I try to like it and have stopped by several times but all the good tastes mediocre and is fried in the same oil. Food sits out and is not turned much and the décor is old and dated. Much better buffets in town.

Great buffet. The hibachi grill is awesome and the sushi is made fresh. They also have some back rooms that you can rent out for events, which I haven’t seen in any other Chinese joints on the coast yet.

OK I will give them this: You have more or different items on the buffet than I have seen at other Chinese buffets. Now for the taste: Items were old, and dried out. They HAD crab legs on the buffet. HAD meaning there were some there at some point in time evidenced by the few left over legs floating in the hot water. I was here about 7:15 so no reason for the crabs to not be refilled. The green beans, been out too long dried out, Then I go for the fried rice. Again dried out been out too long. Finally, I had some sushi and it was good, the lo mien noodles(really lo mien noodles not spaghetti like Beth had) were good. Some of the usual items like the chicken dishes were seasoned right. Now for the bill. Two people for $ 30 freckin bucks and I got no crab legs and OLD tired food. NEVER again. Everyone that has rated this 3+ stars must either not care what they eat or they don’t know what good Chinese food tastes like. Maybe just maybe they have never caught this place in the state I did. The service was great. Never had to ask for re-fills and almost as soon as one of us pushed a dish aside they took it.

Umm What? This is absolutely the worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. Hands down. The first time I went I got items off the buffet to go. It was terrible. There was no flavor and the food was old. I decided to give them another try and ordered off the menu this time. It didn’t just taste bland it tasted bad. After eating an egg roll I now have a horrible bitter taste in my mouth. Panda Palace is much better. Anyone giving this place a good review must be owners or friends of the owners, or perhaps just never tasted good Chinese food. The dumplings were doughy globs. The crab rangoons were soggy and tasteless. The lo mein was actually spaghetti. We ended up throwing the food away.

This place cost a little more than the usual Chinese based buffet, I noticed that right off the bat. Funny story, I wasn’t really used to the whole pick your item to have cook for you live feature. I ended up eating the shrimp on a stick that would of tasted better cooked, but thats how we learn. Royal Super Buffet has a slightly better cheesy asian buffet atmosphere than a lot of places I been and they have the alcoholic drink options, suppose you can tell a buffet’s success by the extra features they add(new buffet items, Flat screen TVs, alcoholic drinks, extra nic nacs, ect)

This is my favorite buffet on the coast. The dim sums are so good. There is a great variety too with a stir fry station at the back. It is not the cheapest but it is the best.

They had a wide selection of fresh, hot and someintentionallycold items. The snow crab legs were so large that a fork fits easily inside the claw. The meat pulled out easy. The Sushi bar had imitation crab rolled and ready to go. Pick up pieces of tuna, salmon, eel, etc. if you want them on your sushi. Seaweed salad was available for that extra crunch. Next to that was a cook ready to grill seafood, veggies and/or meats such as steak. Shrimp kabobs seemed to be a crowd pleaser. The usual oysters on the half shell, chicken & brocolli, soups, rice, salads, were the main stay. An added feature that I’m not use to seeing on steam tables were fried frog legs and crawfish. One treat I did like was kimchi
