The UPS Store

They were so nice and courteous. I had multiple packages and had my granddaughter who is in a wheelchair with me and they took care of everything. The two young men working there were so patient with her while I was getting all my supplies packaged. We will definitely be going back again.

Very very suspicious man behind the counter. I had to drop off some Dish Network equipment with a prepaid label. Everything was packed and labeled, I only needed it to be taped along the top. This is how it went:
After walking through the secondhand smoke of the employee standing in front of the store’s doors, I entered the store I was not greeted and instead treated as if I was an inconvenience to the large man behind the counter. I informed him that I just needed to drop off the package and asked if they had any tape I could use to seal the box. The man didn’t respond and quickly scanned the barcode and gave me my receipt. He told me thank you and hurriedly grabbed the box and disregarded me. I then asked if I could see him seal the box. He asked «are you worried I’ll steal your stuff?» I said «no but, I would be more comfortable if I saw the box being sealed.» He said «If I wanted to steal your SH! T, I’d just cut the tape after you left and steal it.» It was during this that he opened the box, rummaged through the whole thing and then attempted to repackage it, which he had trouble doing. I then realized that he was getting quite angry so I replied «ok thank you» and just walked out. Worst service ever and is pretty much on par with the other times I’ve been in. Avoid at all costs.

The owner was very rude, classless and egregious. The post office down the street was much nicer and it was cheaper.
