They did not feel like filling a prescription so they voided it, They think they know better than the doctor.

I was in this store on July 9th and was requesting to have my blood pressure screened. The pharmacist never acknowledged the fact that I was sitting there for over 15 minutes. He even went on a break to buy an energy drink and while walking right by me, again no acknowledgement! The staff and management in this store leave a lot to be desired. I contacted the corporate offices in Tampa and as of today, Aug 5, I have yet to get a return call.

The store, in of itself, is not bad. It is a Walgreens. It is essentially the same here as any and all other Walgreens you’ve stepped foot in. So, you may inquire, and I’ll add rightfully so, «Why did he even bother to Unilocal this particular Walgreens if there is no remarkable event to take note of?”* Because of one word. Dregs. Merriam-Webster Main Entry: dreg Pronunciation: \?dreg\ Function: noun Etymology: Middle English, from Old Norse dregg; perhaps akin to Latin fraces dregs of oil Date: 14th century 1: sediment contained in a liquid or precipitated from it: lees –usually used in plural 2: the most undesirable part –usually used in plural –The dregs of society– 3: the last remaining part: vestige –usually used in plural –the last dregs of fuel– Thesaurus dregs plural noun 1. sediment, grounds, lees, waste, deposit, trash, residue, scum, dross, residuum, scourings, draff He drained the dregs from his cup. 2. scum, outcasts, rabble, down-and-outs, good-for-nothings, riffraff, canaille(French), ragtag and bobtail the dregs of society If one ever, I repeat ever, has the opportunity to stop in this Walgreens, do yourself a favor and bear personal witness at the cornucopia of the witless. Seriously, the clientele is 98% out of central casting for the worst the South has to offer. My personal friends know I have a myriad of stories and observations from trips to this Walgreen’s so I will pass along only one here… At any given time, while standing in the checkout line, you may have more teeth then the rest of the patrons(and staff) combined. I also may go as far to say IQ points too… (Please see: D. Chris. «The Receipt — Walgreen’s Drug Store» Unilocal,May 14, 2009, located at: .)
