Walmart Supercenter

For a truck driver, it’s a nice place to stop. Got a pooch or pussy-​cat with you? PETCO next door. They have supplies that truck stops carry but *MUCH* cheaper. Hungry? Taco Bell, McDonalds, a couple Mexican restaurants, within walking distance. By the way, the McDonalds inside WalMart was not in good shape, looked dirty and old. The menu boards were yellowed and cracked, the ice cream machine was down, lots of food on the floor.

This store really sucks and especially today. Did anyone show up for work? What a bunch of bullshit this store is MOST of the time. Never sufficient cashiers and employees walking around doing what??? So frustrating.
So screw you you absolute worthless store. You offer price match but every time I try to do it there is a new rule that excludes whatever it is that I’m trying to do. ’ It’s the store manager’ well store manager you’re a piece of crap– one store honors the same exact price match yesterday and you will not today. Omg your store is filthy and never staffed. No wonder you have the worst reputation in Gulfport. I will NEVER walk back into this store again. Where did they find you? Hmmmmm
So the issue was that my price match store was greater then 50 miles away according to the manager Keisha. (Piggly Wiggly) I get home and Google it and wow, its only 33 miles away in Moss Point AND there is another one in Wiggins. I hate this store and I hate that you morons don’t know WTF you are talking about. Whatever. Your’re Walmart and you couldn’t care less.

Your complete staff of incompetent morons just keeps flooring me. I have all but banned this horrible location for multiple reasons and what a fool to think I could run in and purchase one electronic item without incident. I bought a Netgear wireless router last weekend. Could not get the stupid thing to work. Oh after an entire week of fooling with it I called the customer service Dept at Netgear. Guess what I heard? This router was purchased by someone else in November and registered to someone else and returned as it was defective. You stupid assh*les stuck it back on the shelf for me to buy. I have NEVER DESPISED a store or company for that matter. God you suck and you ought to shut down all your stores based on ignorance. F-​off to corporate for allow such disgusting customer service practices.

They have a wal mart gas station in front of it. Has lots of organic produce and food items. Was surprised to see a deli too!

Needed to pick up a few supplies before continuing on our journey West.
Large superstore, tons of people on a Saturday.
Produce selection seemed fresher than other Walmarts we have been to lately.
The shelves were barren of some of our staple items, diet cola, avocados, breakfast bars. But
chock that up to the staff not being able to keep up.
Grocery aisles seemed a little wider than other stores as well. You could actually get two
carts at a time next to each other through the aisles.
Clerk was friendly and courteous.

I’ve braved black Friday events at a few different walmart stores over the years and NEVER have I seen such disorganization! Didn’t take long to get what I needed and I was ready to check out. We followed the crowd toward the front and went through jewelry to try and get to the grocery side. There were large clusters of people just standing in the way EVERYWHERE! When we got by jewelry an associate told us to cut through the aisle and go back toward the chaos we’d just managed to escape from. He said if we tried to go any further then he’d sic the police on all of us and we’d be going to jail! Soooo back we went. After finally finding the end of the line we waited. Another associate told us to head toward apparel through jewelry cuz the lines were shorter. I told her I’m not in the mood to go to jail and we’d already been threatened with it by going near there. She said that they took care of that and we could head that way. One person says keep coming and you get arrested another says keep going? NO THANK YOU!!! I stayed right where I was. They need to get better organized and ALL be on the same page! WORST BLACK FRIDAY EXPERIENCE EVER!

My friend had a flat tire, which he bought at Walmart recently. We took it back today and it has taken over two hours to put a simple patch on it! 30 minutes to even talk to the slow going ticket man and 1 hour to wait to hear it was going to be another 20 minutes.
This is why I don’t like Walmart. Overworked and inefficient staff. I watched slow workers getting through their day. If it was really busy we would have seen 3 to 4 hours!
Getto area with a messy parking lot. If you come here during rush hour good luck getting back onto 49!

I am not from the area and I wanted to see a real «People of Walmart» type Walmart. I was disappointed. This was a decent Walmart with regular people and alright customer service.
Mississippi, I was really expecting more from you.
Maybe next time, I can come back and you can get some really good and interesting people for me to look at. Also, please keep the low prices. I appreciate those low prices. We all do.

Iiiiiiittttt’s Wal-​Mart. Nothing much to review here. The 3 stars are for the prices. The 2 missing are due to the fact that the parking lot is always flooded with carts from lazy people who don’t use the cart return, the lack of cart boys to retrieve them in a timely manner, the rude associates, the missing associates, the 198 registers but only 2 open, and the 45 minutes you have to wait to get a video game.

If at all possible, avoid Walmart’s photo lab. Service is terrible, even if you’ve placed your order online.

I have shopped at a lot of Wal-​Mart stores in different states and this is the absolute worst. There’s a security guard when you first walk in – «a big red flag.»
It’s literally like a zoo, crowded and extremely strange people. It’s not a safe place to shop.
I will drive out of my way to shop at another Wal-​Mart. I don’t recommend under any circumstances.

Mullets… dudes with Turrets… wiggidy-​wack gangstas walking around with their pants around their ankles… PURE ENTERTAINMENT! Dude, their parking lot SUCKS DONKEY BUTT, so be ready for a hopping, roller coaster ride as you drive in and out. The prices are about the best around on groceries, but oh lordy, you are gonna have to put up with all kinds of bafoonery. Dont go here if you are in a hurry. If you are ever bored off your ass in Gulfport, grab you an alcoholic beverage, pour in a cup to keep it on the DL, and waste the day away watching people come and go on a bench out front. Hey, you may even make a new friend! Dont forget to high-​five a stranger!
