The worst!!! In trying to arrange flowers for my sister’s funeral they pulled a bait and switch and openly admitted that the prices on the web site were not for the pictures associated with them. They claimed they could not get my sister’s favorite flower and refused to let us bring any flowers. They were callous, rude and money-​grubbing. (If you have to screw people over to make money at least don’t do it at funerals, when people are hurting the most. It was shameful.)
We left and took our business to Mabank Floral and Gifts who had reasonable prices and could get any flower we needed the next day. The owner was compassionate and caring.
Unfortunately, in such a small town Cap’n Bs has a monopoly of sorts, they pay the funeral homes to refer bereaved to them and they jack up prices, sending kick backs to the funeral home. It is a soulless practice to prey on the family of the deceased. Period.
Give your money to another company, one that has a conscience!
