Chili’s ran a promotion for extra rewards points when ordering the Baby Back Ribs. So we went to get us some Baby Back Ribs. Unfortunately they were out. So I had the lighter side 6 Oz Sirloin and Hubby his regular Ribeye Steak. The steaks were cooked as requested and our waitress took good care of us. I just wished they had not been out of the Ribs.

Chili’s just is not what it used to be! The service was inadequate and uninspiring. It took way too long to get our food. I ordered the carnitas tacos and I can honestly say they were the worst I have ever had aside from the fact that the food was cold. My wife’s grilled chicken sandwich looked like it was dropped on the floor and hastily reassembled. I will not return to this restaurant. The service, food and value are substandard considering the cost. I don’t understand how this restaurant stays in business.

Bad service. At 5:00 pm on Sunday night, my server said 3 things to me. «Can I get you something to drink» when I was sat. «Is everything OK“about 5 minutes after someone else brought my food. And «Can I get you anything else» after I was forced to check out on the «Kiosk» and had the receipt in my hand. I gave a pity tip of 15% this time. If I get her again I will ask for another server. Had she been more attentive, she could have easily added another $ 20 to the tab. She didn’t seem to be trained or supervised very well. Management has no reason for her to be waiting on customers. They should re-​evaluate their substandard training and follow up process.

I’m not an adventurous eater so I stick to what I know is good and it never disappoints. The customer service is always great. Food comes pretty fast, even when busy.

If I could give zero stars I would the place was full of smoke the server could be heard through the whole place screaming and at the kitchen staff about how long the food was taking and messing up the order three times in a row before getting my meal out ten minutes after the rest of the table and the food was horrible the chips covered in grease and chewy and the queso cold and the manager had to come refill our drinks cuz the server was too busy fighting with the kitchen staff and to top it all off my wife and I both got food poisoning I will never go back and I probably won’t ever eat at a chilis again. I would suggest you pick a different place to eat

I was really surprised how awesome the service was here! I usually don’t leave reviews for franchise places like this, but my waitress/​bartender Brooke was on top of her game so I felt a good review was necessary! If your looking for some good food and a great experience this is the only place in cedar creek I recommend! The waitresses are beautiful and great at their jobs!

Love chili’s. Great place to go for a drink after a hard day at work. Great for lunch as it is fast but not expensive. Get busy for dinner which is to be expected for the area.

Wow great server she was awesome. The queso was cold, the chips were broken, the chicken on the triple dipper was old and hard. The fajitas were ok the tortillas were so hard I had to ask for more
The steak was cooked wrong.
The only decent bites were from the bite sized burger.
Really bad quality of food.
Awesome server. Too bad the food didn’t match.
Restaurant was dirty and the food took 28 minutes for a medium steak and fajitas. Wow Chilis your food has gone way down.

Very disappointed that they have removed the dry rub from their menu. the ribs tasted terrible without it & we don’t like BBQ sauce. I’ve always received good service their. The food is usually very good.

This has to be the worst Chilis ever. They allow smoking and it fills the entire restraunt with that nasty smell. They need to spend money on a ventilation system or better yet, a no smoking sign!
The service was extremely slow and they appeared to be way understaffed. The food was not as good as other locations either. I had chipotle honey chicken crispers and they were burnt tasting. The sauce must have been scorched and it changed the flavor for the worse. Such a shame to see a good chain restraunt’s reputation ruined. Too bad they allow nasty smokers to ruin the atmosphere and health of others! We don’t plan to ever return here again.

I had dinner here tonight and the service was prompt and the food was good. It isn’t the best chilis experience I’ve ever had but it was very acceptable and I will be back. Lots of families and loud but still good. The platinum margaritas are outrageously good!!!

WE went to this palce this past Sunday. Ordered simple food & got a mess. One order was made wrong and the shrimp tacos were to throwup for. Had the bad shrimp in it. Sent it back and got a simple cheeseburger to take it’s place. Burger came out half raw. Did not send back did not ask for manager JUST LEFT & won’t be going back. Worst Chili’s I have ever been in. The chips tasted like were made last week & left sitting out. I give 2 stars casue the chickenfried steak was excellent. But the rest was bad. The whole order should have been comped but no one even bothered to tell the manager & I am not the asking type.

Food was good. Service was good. Will go again next summer when I am there. Not many choices in this small town. Definately the best place I have been in the area over the years.
