Abba Eye Care

I call to ask if they have air optix night and day, on hand because I have my prescription in hand and need to buy contacts. The woman says «yes, as long as you have your prescription with you, we can help you.»
I get there the next day and she says one box is 72 dollars and they’d have to order them. That’s 20 more dollars than ANYWHERE else they’re sold. She also shows me this price comparison sheet and says that they are only a few bucks less through 1800contacts. That’s a bold faced lie because I order through them primarily. So I know exactly how much they are. I just didn’t want to wait for them in the mail, hens why I drove over to Abba ready to purchase.
I don’t appreciate the lies, or the price hike. This is an instance where supporting the mom and pop is NOT encouraged. I don’t like liars or people who try to bait and switch by telling me one thing and it being different once I arrive.

Kind of a random review as I have never written a non food or drink review but when you get an awesome service I think it is important to recognize and share, as a small business owner I know how much it means, so. Abba eye care gave me the best exam I have ever had and the receptionist are really sweet. If in need of an eye exam in the Gunnison county, go to Abba.
