Worst experience I’ve ever had with a computer repair. Brought in my laptop to repair the screen. I didn’t get it back for 3 weeks. If you want your computer to be worse off, bring it to this place.
The owner upcharges you for half-​ass service. He blames the manufacturer for things he can’t fix and will not take responsibility for making mistakes. He lacks communication skills and his staff lacks customer service. He overcharges up the butthole. He also expects the customer to show up at a certain time, but doesn’t show up at the agreed time.
My friend has the same laptop and fixed his own screen without any issues and these people are suppose to be professionals, but were unable to repair my screen.

This computer shop is located in the Gurnee Mills mall. They replaced my HP laptop screen with a brand new screen for $ 155. Very fast and friendly. My son bought a WindownXP Dell laptop (only $ 275) from them where he plays WOW on it. We got one year warranty on both laptops. They have been working great. Strongly recommended.
