I would say this was a very affordable storage space. If you’re looking for one, definitely check this out. I reserved mine online and they’re usually cheaper through this method. Personally, I never had a problem with the price. The employees here were very communicative. If you’re planning to cancel your storage, make sure to call the day you want to move out by so they can cancel at a day before you pay for another full month.
The only problem that I had was that the second floor was hot. The elevator was cooler.

I just rented from ExtraSpace this weekend and so far, so good. The facility is well equipped with supplies, neat, clean, and the outside storage locker was very clean and even has an overhead light that turns on when the door is opened. Compared to another storage site I have used in the past ExtraSpace looks to be a good choice, and the cost of the space was reasonable.

The space is what they say. What they don’t tell you is they raise the rental significantly each year. Soon it’s like renting a small apartment. Make sure everything is in writing. We’ve starting researching less expensive space and plan on moving our stuff in the next couple of months.

Be careful — bait and switch — they also raise your monthly fee the instant they are able to. A lot of what you are told is verbal and then they either deny they said something or say YOU misunderstood them. Managers will not compromise and if you call beyond the locals you get someone reading off a cue card — so sorry, etc., etc. I was shocked for such a big company. BEWARE
I will be out as soon as possible!!!
