I’m not a boot camp type of person, but my friend convinced me to go to one of Alonzo’s Saturday classes. It is a very different type of work out for me. I prefer Yoga, Pilates, and running. He made us do push-ups, burpees, suicides! But I’ve never felt healthier, stronger, and more energized in my life. You feel the work that you have put forth in your body, and you definitely see results. In 2 months people mentioned how they noticed that I looked leaner and my arms were looking toner. I would actually look forward to class because you never knew what type of work out you were in for or what he had up his sleeve. He gets very creative with his class and you find that afterwards you are sore in places that you never knew could be sore. I also like Alonzo’s motivation, optimism, and hands on approach. He will text you on a Saturday morning«Rise and Shine see you at 9am!» He will send you recipes or even a diet plan for the week. He even sends a monthly article providing facts and nutrition and health related information so we become more knowledgeable. Anyone who decides to give Boot Camp a chance, definitely check out DynamiCore. It will make a difference in you life. Thanks Alonzo!!!

I’m a very athletic person and have had trainers in the past. Recently I attended Fat Smash Saturday ans seriously I would highly recommend training with Alonzo at Dynamicore. A very personable and dedicated individual to help you change your lifestyle and get in shape all at the same. Now a days its hard to find a trainer that is willing to work with you on setting a goal and walk you through to accomplish it. One of the best experiences I’ve had so far. If you are looking for that extra push to get to where you want to be physically you MUST! Try working out with Alonzo.

I have nothing but raving reviews to say about Alonzo as a personal trainer. I’ve been under his guidance for nearly 2 months now, and not a single training session has been similar to any other, which is exactly what I am looking for as a male in his mid-20’s who considers himself in pretty good physical condition. Call me a sadist, but when I work out, I like to be challenged. I want to walk out dripping sweat, panting, heart-palpitating, and sore. I also want to be able to come back the following session and have my expectations completely thrown-off, aka experience complete muscle confusion. That is how you get change: burning calories, increasing mass, and maintaining a high metabolic rate. Just like the P90X mantra: variety is key. Alonzo insures that all of those goals are met, if not superseded, during his training sessions. The end-to-end cycle is flawless: thorough pre-workout stretching, smooth transition to warm-up exercises to get the blood flowing, and innovative drills incorporating core, balance, agility, strength, power and cardio, all at the same time, followed by another cool-down session and final stretch. Put simply, he really does deliver upon the name, «DynamiCore.» The evolving nature of the«core» workouts will undoubtedly get you the results that you need. It’s simple, yet brilliant. Best part is, even if you’re not in optimal shape, he is able to smoothly design workouts that allow for modifications and adjustments, if necessary. He knows the difference between pushing limits versus overstepping boundaries. I’ve seen the way he connects with each of his trainees and he is always mindful of these parameters. It definitely shows through given the high loyalty factor he appears to drive with his consistent(and growing) client base. Each time you train with him, you will leave with so many positive takeaways: You will feel happy, refreshed, and accomplished. His workouts are also fun! It actually is an exciting environment to partake in. Whatever your goals are, I can assure you with my fullest confidence that Alonzo will be able to fulfill them. I hope that I can keep working with him in the future, because he has, and will continue to, work many wonders for aspiring athletes and healthy-minded individuals who may need just a slight«boost.»
