This is actually regarding the Guess Outlet Store in Huntley. Terrible customer service from the manager non-​the-​less! I went to return something and was told by the manager that «legally we don’t have to tell you what the return policy is, it’s Ilinois law». She was rude and non-​apologenic. Will not shop there again!

One star rating and for what reason, because the other reviewer feels that they only cater to skinny chicks? I have a nice Midwestern belly and have found clothes that fit me, then again, I’m a dude.
It’s about the hunt and whether you have the where with all to search and find a good deal. I’ve found some good deals but, sizes are hard to come by, especially if you’re of the average sizes. Still, good stuff found for gifts. If you can’t wear it, it can always be gifted.

Guess is for skinny girls who wear a size 0 – 2 (which I don’t) and the prices in this store are not much cheaper than a regular Guess store. The music is loud and the service is… OK, I guess. The best thing about this store are the purses and wallets. The sunglasses aren’t bad either.
