I have never had a car purchasing experience go so smoothly and care free. I didn’t get any odd feelings or a doubt in my mind that I was making the right choice. Holly Braun Len was amazing and was able to get me an appointment on an emergency basis. She went above and beyond to alert finance and sales to my arrival and situation. Upon arriving Chris H was our salesman and he put in me a beautiful 2016 Ford Escape(which I never thought I would be able to get into a brand new car again!). He met every need and expectation I had. There was no problem fitting my budget and absolutely looked out for my best interest. Gave me the exact advice that I needed, but more importantly trusted. I could not be more pleased with their business, my car, the process of selling it to me and working with Holly, Chris, Jim and Shane in finance. I will forever be coming back for future vehicles to work with these people specifically and I will forever refer everyone I know to these individuals. Thank you for being such a great positive after I went through such a negative ordeal! :)

Just bought my Fusion Hybrid from these folks… Very friendly service and prompt. Jeff drove all the way to their other dealership(over an hour away) to pick up the car So, I could have it that same day. Ask for him. He won’t steer(pun intended) you wrong. Rebecca in finance was also very helpful. She beat my best financing from my credit union and made the whole process as painless as possible. No high pressure tactics to add on unnecessary extras, etc… Wonderful experience!!!

Just purchased a brand new vehicle at this dealership. Errol Kaplan, Kyle the manager, and Sam Hutter also a manager were all great and helped us tremendously to meet our needs. They found a car for us since they didn’t have one on the lot and brought it in for us from out of state. They were very professional about everything from the test drive when we first came in to the closing finance work. Overall a very professional, well run dealership with employees who care about their image and understand the importance of providing quality service to earn a sale. In the process of searching for the right car, we went to tons of dealerships and worked with many sales people and in the end, Gurnee Ford treated us like customers that matter which is something that car dealerships have lost site of these days. Shame on you service department. You told my husband that his bouncing tire was due to a bad tire rod. He spent hundreds of dollars(he doesn’t make a lot being in the military) to get it fixed. Didn’t fix the problem. He took it back and now you tell him it’s his bearings. Way to get extra labor fees from a military person for your screw up! HORRIBLESERVICE!!!
