Samsonite Company Stores

This is for the Samsonite outlet store in Gurnee Mills mall (store #91, space #777, tel 847−855−0095). I took my 10-​year old damaged Samsonite roll-​aboard suitcase here for repairs since I bought it at this store and remember being informed that Samsonite had a repair service. It cost me $ 10 to have the store ship it back for repairs — but we were all unsure of what the charge would be to fix the suitcase. Final price = FREE! Samsonite’s repair service replaced the wheels and broken pull tabs, and sent it back to me within 1 week. Needless to say I was very happy with every aspect of my experience with Samsonite’s service. I’ve heard of a few companies that stand by their products for life but Samsonite proved this to me this past week and I want to recognize them for this. I am a loyal Samsonite customer because of this. Me and my wife have Samsonite luggage and will continue to buy their products because the company stands behind the quality workmanship that goes into everything that it makes. Thanks!

I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a Samsonite company store before, but we had just finished buying a very pricey set of Samsonite business luggage from Kohl’s a few months ago, and it was interesting to compare the variety available here. They had a great selection of hardshell, softside, sets, and individual pieces. I think we found better pricing at Kohl’s, but that was admittedly a 60% clearance with an additional discount on top of that. If I was looking for luggage in the future, I’d want to stop by this store. My suspicion is that the prices are similar to what you can find in stores on sale.
