Payless Auto Service

Payless Motors was great the salesperson (Sam) helped me and was very patient with me and all my questions he left no question unanswered. The finance department was great as well when answering any questions that I had about financing my car. They were attentive, courteous, and very thorough with their customer service. I will definitely be recommended any one who is looking for a car to check them out!!!

During a trip up from SC to PA the bearing on our back tire went. We pulled off the next exit and brought the car to Payless Motors. They diagnosed the problem and would have been able to fix it then and there except they wouldn’t take payment over the phone from our brother. We didn’t have enough money on us because this was a last minute trip due to a death in the family. While we exhausted every other option to get enough money to pay for the repair all other garages (who had no problem taking a payment over the phone) were getting ready to close and wouldn’t be able to fix it until the next day. We found a tow company (because now we couldn’t drive the car away) and a garage that were more than happy to pick us up from Payless and take us to a hotel for the night. All of which took payments over the phone from our brother. But hey Payless managed to get their $ 60 to diagnose the problem. I understand there’s fraud out there but would it have been so hard to help us out. We were completely stranded. Wish there was a lower rating than a 1.
