I gave these people so many chances because I understand that people make mistakes, but they gave my company a bad name when they continued to mess up orders — in different, more creative ways. Christina was my rep and told me she was unwilling to call UPS or USPS to request a signature be required for a customer who was concerned his cartridges would be taken from his porch if he wasn’t home. This guy ordered a full week ago and has yet to receive his cartridges. Supposedly he will get them tomorrow. Sometimes cartridges don’t ship at all(with various excuses of forgetfulness or a warehouse error or an absurd shipping cut off time of 1:00) and my customers are calling me wondering what happened, sometimes they arrive way later than expected when they’re shipping within the same state, the handling fee on top of a shipping fee is ridiculous and their prices aren’t even that great when you take their poor quality into consideration. Most recently they refused to replace a streaking cartridge for my customer. I’m sticking to my other vendor from now on who I have now discovered in comparison to GP offers much faster shipping, hassle free replacements, lower prices and better quality.
