Not sure why this location got so many poor reviews… First off, Pizza Hut is not my go-to place for pizza/pasta take out. I honestly prefer Dominos but I had a really great experience at this Pizza Hut. I placed a take out order 45 mins before my pick up time. I advised that I would be picking up my order in 45 mins and if they could coordinate preparing my order with my pick up time so that my food would be warm and fresh. Arrived to pick up my order and pasta order was right on time, they just finished making it, it was nice and warm! Drive home and ate. I ordered the Tuscani Meaty Marinara and Tuscani Chicken Alfredo. Both pastas were delicious and perfect!!! I definitely enjoyed the Marinara pasta a bit more but I’m happy that I ordered both to try.

Worst Pizza Hut around ever. Customer service was the crappiest as well. Some incompetent guy with glasses and a southern accent needs to get his head out of his ass and an attitude change. One of the things that infuriated me was when we were paying the guy, he decided to make a stupid comment on the length of the receipt because of «all those toppings.» Really?!? We had ordered four pizzas so of course the receipt would be long. Same with the entire staff, who were floundering around in the back talking. Also, they got our order wrong and no one seemed to notice or hear us when we tried to call them to the front to fix it. Such a disgusting representation of a great company. Never ordering from this Pizza Hut again…

I think Pizza Hut is a good one. The stuffed crust pizzas r great. The pan pizzas r great. The desserts r good. The buffalo wings r great.

No matter how lazy you feel, give yourself a break and drive to Pieology What I ordered at Pizza Hut .Meat lovers feast on a hand tossed garlic butter crust and Boneless Barbeque honey wings. What I got: cold greasy cardboard with sections over cooked and uneven cheese. The wings were cold too. There is a reason junk food is bad for you and this was so disgusting I’m swearing it off ! The driver was late and by the time he got here I actually lost interest in my hunger.

This Pizza Hut has the worst pizza. I could throw some marinara sauce and some cheese on a cardboard box and it would taste better than this place. Seriously… There are so many other places to order from in Hacienda Heights, don’t order from here. The last time I ordered pizza from here, there was hardly any sauce and it was delivered to me cold. It wasn’t fit to eat, and I didn’t even bother complaining at the time because who cares… I didn’t want ANOTHER pizza from them! Avoid this place at all costs. Trust me.

I love Pizza Hut so it sucks that I never want to order here again. Customer service over the phone was poor.(Rude girl) caused me to turn rude towards the end. Received our pizza a little late(not that big of a deal but I ordered it an hour before the birthday girl came for a reason) but what really ticked us off is that there was a hair in our wings! And it wasn’t just topped on it was worked into the sauce.(Gross!) we called back & they were rude about it as well! I used to work at pizza co and whenever there was ANY mistake on our hand we offered refund, credit or new food. Pizza Hut wouldn’t do anything about THEIR mistake. I ended up giving my boyfriend the phone to deal with it and he spoke with a manager and after going back and fourth they said if we wanted credit or a refund to go in.(There’s a reason I paid to get it delivered) it’s just upsetting how they wasn’t even a sincere apology and maybe«oh hey we can replace your wings» or something. By the time everyone left it was 11& we did not feel like taking the cold wings in for a «refund» or to deal with anymore attitude. Dominos & pizza co from now on.

Hairy Update! Gave them another try(not by choice) We had a large supreme pizza and guess what… It was horrible! It was cold right when brought home. My slice came with a hair mixed in amongst all the fixings on the pizza! that slice went right into the trash! The other slice which i only took 2 bites due to my mind still thinking of that hair on the other, was very dry and they hardly put any sauce! The pizza was dry & tasteless. I will never eat here again!

I love this place. Fast Service and They’re so nice. They go out of their way to keep me happy. If you like bacon try their large ham and bacon pizza with honey sricha crust, the best! Two thumbs up! :) I will definitely keep coming back for more.

Absolutely horrible service cold pizza the first time and pizza looked like garbage the second time. The toppings slid to 1⁄3 of the pizza. The manager was rude which I don’t blame her totally but come on my credit for the first time they screwed up and still can’t get it right.

Very poor customer service and quality of food. I ordered online and was given a pick up time. When I arrived, my pizza wasn’t ready and I had to wait 15 minutes. What’s the point to giving a pickup time?! Then I asked for crushed peppers, they didn’t have any! Really?! Your Pizza Hut! You should be stacked with them! Never going back here again…

I came here once about 1 year ago when it was doing buffet lunch special for a good price. Since I was not a big dough person, I liked the salads and white chicken alfredo noodles the most.

Placed an order at 3 o’clock to pick it up at 6.. When I got here they told me they could not call my phone so they didn’t confirmed the order and I had to wait 15 more min for my order to be done. Isn’t online ordering supposed to make it easier not harder? Next time going to dominos!!!

Man I used to LOVE Pizza Hut as a kid back in the 90’s when this place used to be bigger. This place is now half the size and the pizza is «OK» but not great compared to any of the local pizza places around here or Costco. Employees are«alright» for the most part.

decided to give them another try, 1 year later or so, and it changed but not for the better unfortunately. the pizza was cold, like it was out all day/premade. the cheese wasnt melted, it looked as if you were to take it out of the fridge the night after. It lacked topping wise. Alot of grease. Not appetizing. Wings were gross. Soggy all the way. Weak customer service, staff couldnt give a f****K, sorry for the language but its true… it looks like they dont train their employees anymore, several ppl had to come up to the front to see what was wrong with my order, then it went into tech/computer problems, lastly it went into the cooks didnt get the order/or lost it. i got 2 different replies… sad to see such a great company go down like this, especially with dominos, papa johns, roundtable, etc as such close competitors!

Will never order from this place again. Got my order wrong and then ended up sending cold pizza. They did make it up with fresh new pizza. So one star would be good enough.

Just ordered here a few weeks ago. Nicely renovated. Nothing unusual. Lives up to the Pizza Hut franchise standard. Good.

LOL this place used to be pretty bad. bad service, bad pizza(lack of toppings) etc… but I think they’ve been sold or have new management because 1) they are completely remodeled and 2) the pizza’s have lots of toppings now! One thing bad about the new design is that you can’t see the kitchen so you don’t know what the hell is going on back there. I use to have a friend work back there and he told me some very nasty stories… but i guess you just gotta live and hope that 400 degree oven kills whatever the hell they do to your pizza! Good luck!!!

let’s start off with an actual review of this place. in honor of the upcoming new year’s holiday, i will reveal what tops my «best of 1996 los angeles county pizza» list: pizza hut sadly, it was replaced in 2001 by the current reigning champ: papa john’s and the honorable(which is worth mentioning): Jacopo’s I had a friend who works … I mean … *used to work at the hut. So the tale goes … once upon a pepperoni, there was a customer who called in to complain about her pizza being cold, not having the right toppings, finding a pube in the cheese … you know, the usual stuff. so in honor of HER complaint, the delivery boy kindly took her pizza back to the hut, and warmed it up with a nice douse of his own urine. then he dropped it back off at her house. 30 min later? pizza hut telephone call! the lady had called back to tell pizza hut how much better the pizza tasted. so now you know the legend behind pizza hut’s thick layer of orange grease. i swear my friend shoulda drank more water with his beer.
