Retina Institute of California

I was encountering issues with one of my eyes and found this business on my network of doctors.
I called in a 8:30 am and they set me up for an appointment for 9:39 am the same day!
Once I arrived I was given a form to fill out and a brochure of the network of Retina Institutes which promoted their 19 locations in So Cal along with a description of each of the 14 doctors staffed and a brief history of schooling and credentials. I was impressed that each doctor had their cell phone number and e mail published for emergencies. The Ophthalmologist I chose was Dr Kristie Lin whose Board certified from the American Academy of Ophthalmology and has an impressive educational background. I went thru various eye test and after being examined by Dr Lin I was advised I had a case of pink eye. I was prescribed an antibiotic and will follow up next week.
Overall, I was impressed with the entire staff and services rendered to me by Retina Institute of California.

Some staff were friendly and others were just rude. No one helped us for about fifteen minutes. They were just sitting there and talking and nonsense. They gave us attitude when we wanted to pay for our bill and told us to wait again for another thirty minutes…
The Doctor scheduled an appointment with us at 8 AM and he decides to come in an hour later.
This place is definitely pushing me to my limits. Dislike.
