It’s hard to find a good taco place around Hacienda Heights but luckily, this place is close by. Although, it’s a small place, the food here is awesome. Their carne asada is really good, would recommend.

Tried this place for the first time last week and it was So good! would definitely recommend to my friends and family. They are a bit pricy but you are getting a lot of meat in one taco so its worth it. Definitely coming back again.

Excellent service. Pretty small but clean. The tacos are bomb!!! You can ask for pico de gallo or regular onions and cilantro. They have a mango salsa! The best! And trust me, I know about tacos;)

Came with my cousin today. She got the fish taco, which was her favorite. This place is cheap and tasty but kinda far from my house. There is no indoor seating, a couple of tables outside. So on a nice cool day like today, it was very nice eating here. Very Mom and Pop feel to it. As in the food is super fresh, homemade and awesome. Apparently they have a Taco Tuesday where the tacos are 1.50? And they are now open on Sundays? I don’t know, just saw the signs. Today was the first time I ate here.

Best tacos around, hands down. The best. Ever. Period. No questions. I tell my friends to come eat here. Azteca tacos, perfection. Tinga, a spicy treat. The nachos are always fresh and delicious. Burritos are on point. :D The dining area is small and always crowded but we always call in our order for carry out so I’ve never actually stayed to eat here. Cute little spot. Thanks for all the tacos.

First review so here goes nothing. Also I try my best to keep a positive mind set going into restaurants because I know what it is like to work in restaurants and people work really hard to feed us. I was looking for a quick place to stop by for Mexican food. We found parking right away however it is located in front of a supermarket so that could have been luck. Came by and liked the set up. Small and it looked pretty clean. The staff were friendly and so were the regulars who helped with some recomendations. I went with my girlfriend and we ordered their chicken quesadilla, a vegetarian burrito and their marlin tacos. The quesadilla was well made, had a nice crunch and the cheese was consistent as far as how melted and how spread out it was. I like my quesadillas a bit charred and theirs had a bit of it around the tortillas. They weren’t stingy with the chicken so that was also great The vegetarian burrito was great. The beans were tasty and not watered down. Again, the cheese was awesome. They use green peppers(not sure what kind) that stood out. Washed it down with a nice cold glass bottled coke. The marlin tacos was a fried crunchy fish taco with cheese and spicy sauce and I loved it. You have to give it a try if you like fish tacos and are looking try something new. I understand why they have regulars. Decent prices, nice staff great food. Parking and seating is limited but I like their small look. I will definitely be coming back to try out more stuff.

The tacos here are incredible! Love the classic California tacos and street tacos. My boyfriend loves the house tacos and the asada burrito. Another favorite is the mulitas! Asada and melted cheese between to grilled tortillas! Heaven a little pricey but well worth it

For a little spin on tacos, this is the place. Gourmet tacos, flip the switch, if you dare. The Azteca is a favorite, chorizo taco with cheese and guacamole. Try them all, you can’t go wrong. The whole menu looks delicious. The salsas are very good also. Definitely recommend this little place. The staff is very friendly also.

I had the sword fish, Tinga and a shrimp tacos. All of them were real good. Out of the three the shrimp taco was the best. At $ 3.25 for a shrimp taco you hope it will be worth it. It was! They do have a street taco for $ 1.95 which is their cheapest taco on the menu. I will have that next time just to try it out. So the food is great but the seating area is not the greatest. You might end up sharing a table with someone which is cool too.

Good tacos, out of the box thinking, creative ideas. the place is small but organized, its good. selection is good, overall a little pricey for the size, most special tacos are $ 2.75, get 4 and a drink and you’re looking at $ 15 per person. Now the tacos are good, some are greasy, the inly one I will go back and pay for is the marlin, good tasty taco, do recommend the marlin taco.

I whispered to my tacos, «but soft! What light through yonder window breaks.» I ate these sun-glistened tacos during weekday lunch. I usually don’t go out for lunch, but Teddy’s Tacos is an exception to the rule. I’ve been to this place several times, and every time I leave happy and full. Sometimes the wait is kind of long especially during the lunch rush so come early! Seating is also limited. I’ve only had their burritos and tacos and am never disappointed by Teddy’s. I once ate 6 of their specialty tacos in one sitting. Needless to say I didn’t get much done the rest of the day. The glorious tacos in my picture are jalapeño, al pastor, California, and tacochino. Honestly, they’re all delicious, and you won’t do wrong with any of their food. Sure their tacos aren’t the cheapest(almost $ 3), but they are packed with flavor! All their salsas come in this cute little container. They have a green, red, mango, and strawberry salsa. Mango and strawberry salsa are very good and spicy. They also have orange bang… everyone seems to rave about orange bang. COMEHEREWITHANEMPTYSTOMACHANDOPENHEART.

A friend took me to this place. I’m not very fond of tacos but I amazingly loved every single bite of my fish tacos. The best part is that you can hardly taste the tortilla flavor since the tacos are fried. There were simply delicious.

Holy crap these tacos are expensive. My GF and I ordered about 10 tacos and it came out to be about $ 35. I understand its gourmet tacos and all but man!!! I can get three times the amount of food at a taco truck for the same price. Anyway, I guess you sorta pay for what you get for. Tacos are cooked on the spots with fresh ingredients. What stood out the most weren’t the tacos but their amazing habaero sauce! That thing got me sweating more than my workouts!

I tried the carne asada, pollo(chicken) and fish taco on my visit. Let’s start with the Marlin Fish Taco. It’s «Smoked Marlin, grilled cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole and topped with red salsa». The fish(marlin) is diced very fine, which I wasn’t a fan of until I took my first few bites. See, I like CHUNKS of fish, because I love the taste of fish. Fortunately, although the marlin is diced up and mixed in with all those ingredients, it still maintains it’s «fish» taste(with a nice spice to it as well). The carne asada is good all by itself. Chunks of steak that are slightly salty, nicely greasy but maintain that«meaty» flavor. Top them with guacamole and pico de gallo and man, you’ve got one damn good taco. My least favorite taco was the pollo. I hate it when you get those chewy/cartilage/fatty pieces in the meat. I mean, I know the most flavorful part of the chicken is the dark meat, which is where all those«nasty bits» are located, but I don’t like when I have to eat them(I know, I know, a true Mexican eats tripas, lengua, blah, blah, blah. Call me overly Americanized, but I don’t like«funky chicken bits»). I’ll admit I’m being overly critical due to personal preference, so let’s talk about the TASTE of the chicken tacos: nothing too special. Chicken is chicken, and any seasoning the chicken had was masked by the guacamole and pico de gallo. Instead of putting beans on top of the tacos(which don’t add much to them), I with they’d just serve you a «bowl» of beans on the side when you buy a few tacos, cuz the TRUEMEXICAN in me loves a bowl of beans!
