Charlie did a great job on repairing and refinishing my hardwood floors.

Charlie came over to look at the job and take measurements. He suggested a change to what I wanted that I think made the floor come out even better than it would have otherwise.
His guys did a great job for a reasonable price, and they scheduled the job quickly so I can start moving in as planned.
Patched about 10 sq ft of flooring in two rooms, then refinished the wood floors in the Livingroom and two Bedrooms. The floors are now beautiful.

Contacted this store based on reviews on other sites. I was so impressed that I figured if all went well I would use them to purchase and install flooring.
I called, the man suggested he come to my house and asked me what night I would prefer. I said «how is Tuesday», he said fine, he will be there between 6:30 and 7:30.
Well, I waited and waited, thinking he was held up, he never bothered to call and he never showed up.
Im beginning to wonder about these other sites that profess to give honest reviews!
