Every visit I’ve had here to get a procedure done I’ve had a bad experience. They didn’t explain the procedure I had done well enough until I literally walked out in tears because of what they did. The actual work they do is good however everything else has been a disaster. I was explained I would have a whitening treatment in my procedure when we discussed the plan and it was never done, now being too late to do so. They seem like they just want to do the work and not explain how things are going to be done etc. I’ve also been waiting for 45 min in the waiting room when my appointment was a half an hour ago yet everyone else who came in after me is going before me. Extremely unhappy with their service and probably wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

The receptionists are very courteous and nice. They treat you with respect and you’d think that you would expect that from the dentist as well. Hellen Keller and Stevie wonder would make a better duo. She offered my girlfriend veneers to fix her gap. My girlfriend wanted to use Invisalign but since the dr had veneers she thought everyone should. So she deceived my queen like an evil sorcerer from the dark ages. Throughout the procedure she said I was making her nervous as she worked because I was just standing there. If I could I would’ve used my Jedi mind tricks to concentrate on the work instead of talking to her about assistant in Spanish in front of my girlfriend. Very disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to others. Captain jack sparrow could probably do a better job with an eye patch.

Excellent services, very professional and great equipments. I enjoyed the visit and loved the job done to me. I recommend Dental Arts to anyone. Thank you for the service.

My first time here, never like dentist or dentist office. But from the entrance it’s very welcoming. The staff her is very nice got two teeth pulled and it felt like I was out with friend. But it was a dentist pulling my teeth. Family type environment. Thanks for the great service
