ENT and Allergy Associates

I can’t speak enough about how great this office was and doctor Wasserman is wonderful. I’m typically the worst when it comes to going to the doctors and any inconvenience sets me off. I held off an ear infection for weeks because I can’t stand doctors offices, and because «NO» ENT around me had any good reviews, I simply tried to self medicate with home remedies. Finally after not working, I was rendered to This clinic, and although I did miss my appointment, they only had me wait 30 minutes while being extremely courteous the whole time. Then comes Dr. Wasserman, and the experience couldn’t have been better. The doc was amazing, very gentle, walking me through the procedure, and taking his time. I highly and strongly recommend this clinic, do yourselves a favor and visit it. God bless!

FIRST… Dr Robyn Brody is top notch and a great doctor. it ends there. you won’t get through to human in under 30 minutes by phone, and the staff is as incompetent as an old comedy movie… communication does not exist. you wait in the waiting room at minimum an hour, but Dr Brody is fully at your service… it’s a shame, best doctor surrounded by inept policies and zero phone access. they sent me 3 letters asking why I missed my appointment after cancelling twice. then the hospital called for same reason, they never informed them I had my tests elsewhere… I had to block the numbers. the practice is simply too big to know what anybody else is doing. go elsewhere. save the aggravation. thank you Dr Brody, nonetheless.
