I first would like to note that I created a Unilocal account to specifically write a review about this imaging center. I have never had such a horrible experience at a place of business. I took my mother to her appointment for an MRI at 2pm and arrived 15 minutes early. We waited two hours in a non-airconditioned waiting room when it was 90+ degrees outside. During that time the«staff» that supposedly«works» there did nothing but talk about their weekend plans and gossip about doctors using inappropriate language. We decided to to leave and make an appointment somewhere. when i went to retrieve the paper work we had given the said staff, we were given an attitude. The manager then took notice and tried to get us to stay saying that it will be another 30 minutes. When we said no, she then said she would take us now. What? we stormed out of the office and she followed us into the parking lot and gave us this sob story about how there was an emergency, blah blah blah. none of it was true because. I am going to be sharing my complaints with all the doctors i come in contact with from here on out.

I came here with my daughter to have an X-Ray performed. The staff was indifferent and almost all of them seemed to be either having private conversations or texting on their phones. Unreal. I have never been to a medical office where I have seen such blatant disregard for working or even pretending like you are working. We waited a long time in the waiting room and I couldn’t understand why. They weren’t even busy and they didn’t even try to fake it like they were working. I stood up and asked how much longer it would be. Lo and behold, we were called five minutes later… to another waiting room to sit longer, that is. After a while I asked again, who is working here and when will my daughter be seen. Couple minutes later a young girl came out to perform the X-Ray. She was nice but everyone else seemed to have no concern for patients, waiting time, keeping appointments or appearing busy. She assured me the doctor would receive the results immediately and when I checked with my doctor several hours later, they had not received anything. I had to call Hackensack Imaging Center only to discover they had the results but no one had bothered to forward them. The girl on the phone said there was no fax number on my doctor’s prescription sheet. OK… so either call the doctor’s office or look on the Internet for the fax number. Since you guys enjoy surfing the Internet so much it shouldn’t be an issue, right? Heaven forbid a patient should disrupt your personal time. While we were waiting in the first waiting room, a man stood up and complained, asking when he would be seen. The staff only seemed to notice you when you complained. Had we not said anything, we would have waited even longer. I only went there because our pediatrician suggested it but I hope I never have to come back. These people are not professional at all.
