My experiences w/​Dr. Katz have not been pleasant. Everytime I have an appt, I know its going to be a process. Her hours are not convenient & for those that work mid day need to take 2 hour lunches to see her. Her office triple books every 15 mins. You will wait 30 – 45 mins to get into a room & another 30 – 45 mins to see the doctor. She in return gives us 5 mins of her time & does not have any bedside manners. As I was talking to her, she rudely turned her back & walked out the room. Her office does not manage their time as if my time or my job aren’t as valueable. We are all human & deserve the same respect. If you have an appt at 11:30 and she doesn’t get to you within 1−½see you till 1:00 every time you have an appt, the office has issues. I have decided to find another doctor. One who plans, managers their time better and will give me more than 5 mins to discuss results. I would not recommend her as she obviously can’t handle the patients she currently has let alone new ones.

This doctor is extremely rude and condescending. My mother is a patient and received unwelcomed test results. When I called to speak with the doctor about the results and plan of action, (I am on my mother’s file as an authorized family member). She told me she wasn’t going to tell me anything and it was too complicated for me to understand. After yelling at me for no reason, I told her she was being rude and that she was required by law to give me this information. She was insulting and crass and I will be recommending my mother to leave her care. Unfortunate and disturbing.

Horrible experience. She was rude and condescending. I was rushed and spoken to like a child. She gets one star because you can’t give zero.
