Marcone Supply

The customer service is unfriendly and their prices are high.
I told the salesman that I could get the same part at half the cost online, he just said thats before the shipping fees. I only made the purchase because i needed the part. Next time I will order online on amazon.
Save yourself some money or go there if its your last option.

On the web the part I needed would take 7 – 10 days to arrive (unless I wanted «express shipping» for a ridiculous fee) and the cost was over $ 10 for the item. I couldn’t wait that long so I called Gorman Brothers in Englewood (where I’d purchased the appliance) for help. They recommended Marcone Supply.
I called Marcone at 4 pm, the part came in at 1 pm the next day. Cost was just over $ 5. So less than half the price of what you’d pay on the web, no shipping cost and got it within 24 hours.
Marcone has access to every conceivable plumbing and appliance part and their service is outstanding. When I called them, they made me feel as if I was the most important customer they had. I spoke to a Mr. Hinton who asked me if I could take a picture of the part with my smart phone and email it to him so he was absolutely sure of what I needed. Ever hear that before?
Marcone is a national company so whether you live in Bergen County or not, you may have a Marcone Supply near you. All I know is that this place is great and got me a very esoteric part for a dishwasher right away and at a more than fair price.
