Sears Auto Center

Service was great. I have gotten summer tires from them last year. Now winter, I ask them if they can install back the winter tires. And they did just have to pay balancing $ 15 each.
That was great money saver. every other tire shop wanna $ 150 to put back my winter tires. :)

Took my car to get 2 new tires.
Got my car back and everything was great. So I thought
Next day one of my new tires was flat so good thing I had a compressor handy.
Fun fun back to Sears.
Dropped my car off at 130 pm so they could fix the leak from the valve steam. Oh they don’t put valve stem caps back on your car either.
They told me come back at 430
I return at 530.
My car was forgotten about not even touched.
Customer service non existent
There’s another customer here banging on all the tires, he’s been waiting all day.
I guess I just keep standing here, not like I can just drive away you know because of the whole flat tire thing.
They Pulled my car in the garage at 625
Got my car back just in Time for closing.
I will never return to Sears auto in Hackensack for any repairs. Can’t handle putting 2 tires on.
Giving one star to Sears auto is difficult.
