Supercuts

I frequently get my haircut here because the staff in general especially Yan, is very friendly and accommodating.

I brought my 2 kids here for a quick haircut. I normally take my kids to a kids salon since the stylists there are overall friendlier and more accommodating towards children. But since it’s quite a hike from me I decided to try this place on a whim.
The only reason I am even giving 2 stars is because of Omar. He was calm and composed while he cut my 2.5 year old’s hair, despite her crying like a grouch through the whole process.
Now for the stylist Aline. She was down right rude and had no customer service skills. She kept complaining the whole time while she was cutting my 8 year old son’s hair. Saying that she was going to cut herself if he kept moving. Mind you, he was barely moving.
I will do myself and my kids a favor by not coming here next time and sticking to what works. I feel sorry that Omar has to work in a place he doesn’t quite fit in. The personality of the 2 woman there was unbecoming of what should have been a professional and friendly Enviornmental. The owners should do themselves a favor and remove the ladies and put Omar on a track to managing the place.

I got the worst hair cut ever two days later couldn’t take it went to supercuts in Paramus they where surprise how bad the cut was. Don’t let Omar do your hair. The worst

I’ve gotten my hair cut here a few times and have never had an issue. Staff is very friendly and I’ve never had a bad haircut.

Worst haircut ever! If someone wanted to spoil my hair on purpose they wouldn’t have done a good job like here! The haircut was literally 6 mins and She didn’t even ask me if I wanted anything else before she finishes my haircut.

I had a great experience here. Fast and Nicole is really friendly and made me look fabulous. The service was quick, I went out in lunch break and was back affer half hour. Nicole is highy recommended. She did an excellent job!

The haircuts aren’t exactly what you’d get if you cared about how you look.
But they cut your hair.
I had the distinct misfortune to get the same girl twice. The first time, she asked if I liked my sideburns long. i told her I did. She suggested they may look better angled, so I said sure, use your artistic freedom. She cut my left sideburn angled upward and the right sideburn angled downward. Just yesterday, I had her again. This time, my angles were both even, but one was about 1 cm higher than the other.
Both rectifiable, but twice is more than enough. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice…
I will be going to the Supercuts in River Edge next time.
