Slow service. They lock the bathrooms. 1 key. Almost pissed myself waiting for the manager to finish dropping a deuce.

Rude. Just rude. They didn’t put mocha in my mocha coffee and when I asked to have it corrected they rolled their eyes. Also, my friend’s coffee tasted like cookie water. Rude.

Come here usually on my way to school or in between classes and for the most part the service is good, quick and they make the drinks right. But the drive thru is a disaster most of the time and if it’s busy enough they mess up orders, tell you it’s yours but if you frequent Dunkin enough you know what your iced beverage should look like, and they get it wrong. I’ll still come here since its convenient but that’s about it

Excellent customer service… seriously! Our food was freshly made and tasty. I wish we had Dunkin Donuts in Seattle… I think 4bucks would lose some customers… the customers who just want a good cup of coffee.

Most times they don’t have what I want(drive thru usually). Typically the person working the window is nasty and unhelpful. If you do wind up getting what you want, prepare for it to be stale and/or dirty.

The chocolate chips cookies aren’t as fresh as they said! I’m very disappointed because a bite in one of their hard cookie almost broke my friend’s tooth. Had to microwave them to make them soft!!!

The food and drinks here are always a disappointment. It’s a convenient location but I expect more from a Dunkin Donuts! It would at least make up for it if the help were friendly but other than a few weekday morning women, everyone here gives a cold attitude from the get go. Besides that, some of the girls need to learn what a belt is and the wonders it can do for hiding your crack! Lost my appetite and got more attitude than if I were at a middle school classroom. Maybe a clean slate would do well for this location.

The counter help was about as rude could be, and clearly the woman helping me did not want to be there. Left my coffee on the counter and walked out. There are enough places around town to get coffee, I don’t need mine with a side of attitude.

Date of Service: 6 Jan 2012 This location has been around for a long time. I went to High School at Mount Olive where my dad was a teacher. My dad and I drove through Hackettstown right past this Dunkin Donuts every day for school from 1975 to my graduation in 1979. This location has upgraded a little bit since 1979, but that is all they can do, as this is one of the smallest store fronts within the Dunkin chain. They used to have counter-top service way back when, and you can see the scars on the wall under the new paint where the counter-top was ripped away. While the parking lot is small, it holds more cars than the inside of the business can handle customers. I stopped here on my way home, it was about 9am and I got a coffee and a glazed chocolate cake donut. I sat down at one of the three tables that just fit inside and enjoyed my coffee and donut while reminiscing about days gone by. Dunkin coffee is consistently great, and the donut was fresh with just the right amount of crispness, chocolaty goodness and sugary glaze. The two servers behind the counter were polite and efficient. The two most important things makes any Dunkin Donuts great: 1. Great consistent coffee 2. Great fresh donuts So what if this location is behind the times and sticks to traditionally what made Dunkin a staple of Americana.

I’ve been to enough Dunkin Donuts to expect that they’re all kind of the same, right? Ehh… not so much. This one is the pits, for a few reasons. a) Dirty. Every time I’ve been there the counters are sticky with visible spilled liquid and food products, with no other customers present and none of the employees behind the counter in a rush to clean anything up. b) Disrespectful. Whenever it snows, this Dunkin Donuts chooses to plow the snow into their handicapped spaces. Also, the staff are often rude face-to-face, talking on cellphones or to each other instead of helping customers in front of them. c) Behind the times. This Dunkin Donuts does not serve breakfast sandwiches! That’s right, only bagels and donuts. No eggs, sausages, bacon — it’s like stepping into a Dunkin Donuts 15 years ago. I didn’t even realize this was an option.
