We only have 1 car. last time we dropped car off, we didn’t have the money to fix it right away. It sat there until we got paid on thursday. Friday early morning rolls around, I call to tell them to fix the car, no problem. Saturday comes, I call, hasn’t even been worked on. I tell them, okay, I guess, while you’re doing the breaks, do an estimate on how much it would be to fix the muffler. I call again Saturday afternoon b/c they said it would be done and they would call me — THEYDIDN’T WORKONITATALL. Sunday they’re closed; I call Monday morning, oh sorry, it hasn’t been worked on. Fine, my husband gets home from work at 230, we need it by then, need to return MIL’s car. Get there, THEYDIDN’T DOTHEESTIMATEONTHEMUFFLER!!! This happened the last time I dropped the car off, in winter, me pregnant. All day it took to fix the car. Today, I call to get oil changed and car inspected. sorry, can’t do oil change but I can inspect the car. Going to Lube + down the road to get the oil changed. They’re such an inconvience… dislike the place very much!!!

I’ve been going here for 10 years and have an Exxon credit card. The owner, Jacob and his wife are always very friendly and treat me like a friend. They know me by first name and gave my kids lollipops when they were small. Jack, the mechanic, always takes good care of my car. I’ve had everything from oil changes to brakes to electrical work and new tires. They always give a fair price and will be competitive when needed. They usually have coupons too on . Good people here!
