This was my first experience getting false eyelashes and I couldn’t be more pleased. Vicki spent over an hour with me, explaining the importance of not getting your lashes wet or sitting in the sun when you first get them. She explained the type of glue and materials that she uses, and I don’t know how she makes a profit because she charges SO much less than fancy salons. My lashes looked so good that my girlfriend said she’s making an appointment to get hers done too. You can’t go wrong with Vicki.

Horrible experience! Had my eyelash extensions done on a Thursday and by the next night they were falling out. I contacted Vicki right away. She said she would get me in once she looked at her schedule to fix them. She never contacted me back so I finally texted her again and she told me to come in. Once I saw her she claimed its my fault they fell off because of my glitter powder I had on my face and that’s why they didn’t last. Told me I would have to pay the full price again. I found it to be such bad business from the beginning, answering her phone during my service, getting up and doing other things when she should have spent the time doing my eyelashes without interruptions every few minutes. I contacted 3 different eyelash extentions companies and they said as a professional she should have not proceeded the first time doing my extensions if it was going to be a issue but they highly doubt that the glitter was the problem. Just beware!
