Rent-A-Wreck

I decided to rent a car from this company. I asked for the charges before the clerk charged my car. He later hands me the receipt without telling me the total charges. I was stuck with a bill that was way higher than any other rent a car service. Unlike enterprise, they charge after 100 miles per day.
Next time I will go to enterprise and never return to this place.

What a great business to do business with! We were tourist in Hackettstown for Thanksgiving 2015, and after checking out other car rentals we decided on Rent-​A-​Wreck. The word Wreck should be in quotation marks.
The booking and Denise customer service was fantastic. She really was very helpful. The «wreck» she selected for us was an Altima fully loaded. And was huge less expensive than other companies.
It’s not part of their service… but when i mentioned getting the son-​in-​law to pick us up at the train station and then bring us to their office Denise said, «just call me when ya get off the train… i am less than 5 minutes away… I will pick you up.» And she did… in the car we were renting. The business office is really decked out with Denise’s deep red antique vases and candle stuff. Very pretty! clean.
The return process was easy… there was a drop box and even so we went in to give Denise a little Christmas appreciation bag of goodies.
We have not one negative about Rent-​A-​Wreck Hackettstown, NJ! We will be using them everytime we head that way for family!
