If you come here during the day the food is good. If you order a chicken salad at 11:30PM it’ll be prepared by someone who is angry at your food and wants it to suffer. It will be missing the cranberry raisins and the chef will punt the chicken into your salad bowl from across the kitchen. It’ll be a half-size when you order the full-size and odds are 50⁄50 that they’ll have you drive past the drive-thru window after you pay, making you wait in front of the restaurant for someone to walk out and bring you your food about 7 minutes later. They’ll also forget to include the receipt so you wont be able to complain to corporate. Daytime service is quick and friendly and gets 5 stars, but I knocked off 2 stars for the inconsistent night service.

I frequent this particular Wendy’s quite often because I believe they offer a decent, quick meal at a reasonable price. However I find the employees quite rude. I don’t believe I have ever heard the words…“hi”…“welcome to Wendy’s”…or «thank you for choosing Wendy’s». I’m sure the employees are taught the«company» introduction so perhaps it is time for management to reassess that part of their employee training.

Always rude whenever I happen to stop here which isn’t too often. I only use the drive thru. All except for 2 times, something from my order is messed up. Whether it be forgetting the sauce I asked for with my nuggets while giving my order or a straw for my drink or my sandwich not being the way I ask for it. I’m allergic to pickles and even when making sure I clearly say no pickle, I receive pickles and end up throwing the sandwich away. I’m not one to really be that big of a pain but since it’s happened so often I figured I should write this. Hope no one else gets bad service here.
